"Sunbird" - Melissa Groo

"I photographed this White-bellied Sunbird in Tanzania, at my lodge in Arusha on the last day of the photography safari I'd been helping lead. I was standing on a balcony when I looked down and saw the most beautiful little bird far below, drinking nectar from flowers. I leaned over with my long telephoto lens in a bit of a precarious position, and managed to get a few shots of him."

Each scarf is produced from a custom milled fabric made from 100% recycled plastic and diverts 3 bottles from the waste stream. They are soft and flowy and feel beautiful around your neck. Only 200 scarves have been produced in this print as part of a First Edition. All scarves are sustainably produced and are developed and manufactured employing the highest ethical production standards.

10% of the sale price of each of Melissa's 'Sunbird' scarves is donated to the Janet L. Swanson Wildlife Hospital.
